I was going through some websites from China. And something struck me. I recalled there was the recent China singing competition, a version of the American Idols. It took me quite a while to recall the title of the show. 超级女声 总决选, in my collective memories, Taiwan and Chinese media was reporting the craze generated by this phenomenon. Apparently, in China, if my memory have not failed me, the people in China were crazy about their idols. Well, one of them caught my attention. It is not the fact that she’s pretty. Yes I must agree that she is pretty. She’s sweet looking. She has that beauty that resembles those beauties from Ancient China.
She is none other than张靓颖. Well, it’s her voice that captivates me. I was wow! How someone could has such a sweet voice and a voice that projects beautifully and is able to project the voice of the late Taiwanese singer Teresa Teng. Wow! Amazing! Simply Amazing!
Though I’m still trying to find out more of her singing talent, I happen to chance upon her blog, which I guess, I should share with you.
China is really a huge nation, with vast amount of land, and let alone, talent. That is why the reason, people keep on saying, “Watch out! The sleeping dragon awaken!”. Hm…interesting . . .
